Depending on your project and needs, our team of procurement agents, coordinated by your dedicated project manager, will study your project to select the right factory for your required products.

 

We can find the right factory for each specific project ranging from kitchen & household, toys, electronics, raw materials, furniture, stationery, garment, and so on, thanks to our 15 years of experience in China sourcing.

Our team searches for factories through all our resources and networks and makes a selection based on prices, quality, and delivery times. All the documents and certificates will be collected and are available for your reference.

 

We will advise you on the required tests and certificates needed to import the goods to your destination.

2. Sample Consolidation Management

​

We realize that before deciding on a final provider, you may want to look at samples from several manufacturers, compare them, and evaluate them.

Please submit the samples to our office to make the process more efficient and minimize express shipping costs for you; we will give you a report on the samples received and continue with the consolidation, saving you a lot of money and time.

3. Order & Production Management

 

Your project Manager and procurement agent will finalize all details with the factory to ensure that all your requirements are well understood and included. Our team will continuously follow up on the production during the whole project with the factory and update you on the progress regularly.

 

Before shipping out the goods our trained inspector will perform a pre-shipment inspection on the finished goods based on AQL standard or your specific requirements. A report will be sent to you for your final approval before loading the container. Depending on the size of the order our inspector will be in the factory for a container loading supervision to make sure all markings and the ordered quantity.

 

 

4. Your order is ready to ship, but if you need Logistics Management, we can help: 

 

From shipping through delivery to your warehouse, BSA manages the whole logistics process, including all administration for exporting out of China.

We provide quotes based on your specifications, and depending on the delivery date, we can ship by sea, air, or express.

During the transit period, our staff will keep you informed on arrival dates and delivery to your warehouse.
